Q. What does your deposit and payment schedule look like?

A. For Day of Coordination, we require a 50% deposit with your signed contract with the remainder due the week before your wedding. For Partial and Full Wedding Planning, we break your total into 4 equal payments with the first payment accounting as your non-refundable deposit that is due at the time of booking.

Q. Are you licensed and insured?

A. Yes. We are insured up to $1M, which is required by most venues. If your venue requires more than $1M in coverage, please reach out.
 

Q. What planning software programs do you use?

A. We use HoneyBook, where each of our couples are assigned their own portal. This is where your contract will be stored, you can make payments, and where I upload all essential documents for your wedding. We also utilize AllSeated, which is a Floor Plan Development Software program that allows us to design your floor plan, add guests to your seating chart, keep track of food choices, etc.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?

A. Yes, we offer a 15% discount to all Military and First Responder families. We also offer referral and vendor discounts.

Q. Do you customize Wedding Planning Packages?

A. Yes, we can customize a package to fit your specific needs and/or budget. Shoot us an email with what you are looking for, and we will get you a customized quote!

Q. Who will be my Wedding Planner?

A. We are a small business, so you will always get Danielle as your lead Wedding Planner. If an emergency was to happen, one of Danielle's assistant coordinators would take over.

Q. How long have you been planning weddings?

A. We are officially in our 3rd year of business here in North Florida! However, I have been "unofficially" planning weddings for the past 7 years, mostly in South Florida. Previously, wedding planning was just a hobby for me, as I would help friends and family through their own events. Once I had my daughter, I knew I wanted to make my own hours and do something I loved, so I opened Postscript Weddings and Events!

Q. What sets you apart from other Wedding Planning companies?

A. I love to work with couples of all budgets, which is why I offer customizable packages, which many planning companies do not. I am a perfectionist at heart, use a customer first approach, and always do things with a smile. I also have an extensive background in Budget Planning and Negotiation, as I was a Senior Merchandise Planner and Buyer for a large eCommerce sporting company.
